Abstracts Submission Guidelines 

Abstracts must adhere to the following guidelines and must follow the template (which is provided online in the submission system for you to fill in): 

  • Include a title of no more than 20 words  
  • NOT TO BE MORE THAN 300 WORDS 

The system will prompt you to:

  • Include the titles, names of and institutions of all authors 
  • Indicate the author(s) presenting the paper at the conference 
  • Indicate whether you are a PhD Student 
  • Indicate whether you are an early career researcher (employed up to Level B)

If your abstract is accepted, it will be included in an electronic abstract book made available to conference delegates along with the program. A full paper submission following abstract acceptance is not required for the conference.
